AA090AA01 Mitsubishi 9.0 inch TFT-LCD

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA090AA01 (Alias: T-55618D090J-LW-A-AAN) is a 9.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without Touch screen . This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 9.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of 20101215 which was released out on 12 15 2010, AA090AA01 supports display 960( RGB )×540 (qHD) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 198.72(W)×111.78(H) mm, outline size of 217(W)×130(H) mm, viewing area size of 201.3(W)×114.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 330g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA090AA01 can provides 400 cd/m² display Brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and Response Time of 8/8 (Typ.)(Tr/Td); 8 (Typ.)(G to G) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 100K hours, With LED Driver. AA090AA01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
