TM050JDHG33 is a 5.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called TIANMA), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C.This Tianma TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. TM050JDHG33 supports display 720( RGB )×1280 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 9:16 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe, according to calculation of Panelook it's pixel density is 294 PPI. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 62.1(W)×110.4(H) mm, outline size of 65.4(W)×118.9(H)×1.8(D) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Hard coating, net weight of TBD. As a SFT, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM050JDHG33 can provides 600 cd/m² display Brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and Response Time of 30 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM050JDHG33 utilizes MIPI (4 data lanes) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 34 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 1.8/2.8V (Typ.)(VDDIO/VCC). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
