The A030VAN03.0 (Alias: 97.03A58.000) is a 3.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO ), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C .This AUO TFT-LCD is a 3.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen.  A030VAN03.0 supports display 640( RGB )×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe, according to calculation of Panelook it's pixel density is 270 PPI. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 60(W)×45(H) mm, outline size of 71.4(W)×51(H)×2.4(D) mm, with surface treament of Reflection 1.5% (Max.), net weight of 17.6g (Typ.). As a AHVA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, A030VAN03.0 can provides 550 cd/m² display Brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and Response Time of 18/18 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 71% (NTSC). This product adopted 5S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. A030VAN03.0 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/3.3V (Typ.)(VDDIO/VDD). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
