1. Low reflection design

The Low Reflective (LR) PCAP touch panel is designed with glass, the surface is the cover glass of Anti-Reflective (AR) coating, the lower layer is the Glass Sensor, with the design of the upper polarizer and the Optical Bonding) , the light reflectivity can reach 1-1.5%, and the light transmittance can also reach 85%. The LR PCAP touch panel can greatly reduce the reflection of sunlight and meet the needs of outdoor PCAP touch panels. Even in a strong light environment, the LCD screen can be clearly seen.

2. Anti-UV design

Touch panels for outdoor applications will be exposed to sunlight, and long-term ultraviolet (UV) exposure will affect the appearance of PCAP touch panels. Long-term exposure of UV light will cause bubbles in the optical glue of the PCAP touch panel and yellowing of the PET film. Both of these situations will affect the appearance of the PCAP touch panel. The worst case is that the LCD screen becomes unreadable, making touch operations inconvenient. Therefore, this product provides a PCAP touch solution with anti-UV design, so that the PCAP touch panels of industrial control and commercial systems that are exposed to the sun for a long time can have the function of anti-UV.

3. Anti-EMI design

This product provides a PCAP touch panel with an anti-EMI film design. We plate a metal grid on the film. The final product is lighter and thinner, with a light transmittance of up to 82%, and the anti-EMI film material itself has an impedance of less than 1 Ω/ ◻, has a very good EMI shielding effect.
