AVCI TFT-LCD is a 9.7 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver1.4 which was released out on 2 29 2016, TM097TDH02-40 supports display 1024( RGB )×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 196.608(W)×147.456(H) mm, outline size of 210.21(W)×166.3(H)×5.85(D) mm, viewing area size of 200.91(W)×152.27(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 200g (Typ.). As a TN , Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM097TDH02-40 can provides 350 cd/m² display Brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/60/70/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on 3 o'clock , and Response Time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S6P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed.
