According to the working principle of touch screen and the medium of transmitting information, touch screen can be divided into four types: resistance, capacitance, infrared and surface wave. Each touch screen has its own advantages and disadvantages. The printing equipment mainly adopts resistance type, and some adopts capacitance type and infrared type.

1. Resistance type

The resistance type touch screen is assembled in the printing device and is a multilayer composite film controlled by the pressure sensor. The main part is the resistance film screen matching with the display surface. The resistance touch screen is not afraid of dust and water vapor. Any object of the user can touch it. It can also be written or painted. The outer layer of the film is made of plastic material. If it is too strong, it will be scratched if it is touched with sharp objects. 2. Capacitive Touch Screen

The working principle of capacitive touch screen is current induction of human body. It's a four layer composite screen. The reflection problem of capacitor screen is serious. Color distortion occurs due to uneven light transmittance. When the palm of the hand is close to the Capacitive Screen but not touched, it will fail. This is a lot of printing equipment. This is more common when the weather is wet.

3. Infrared Touch Screen

The infrared touch screen is installed on the printing equipment to Monitor and locate the user's touch through the infrared matrix arranged intensively in the X and Y directions. The infrared touch screen is not interfered by current, static electricity and voltage. It is suitable for use in bad weather. Even in a variety of harsh environments, printing equipment can be used normally.
