The AA150XW14DDE11 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, Touch screen PCAP. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C ,This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA150XW14DDE11 supports display 1024( RGB )×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 346.5(W)×275(H)×15.9(D) mm, with surface treament of Clear, net weight of TBD. As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA150XW14DDE11 can provides 800 cd/m² display Brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and Response Time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted 5 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA150XW14DDE11 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
