The AA150XW14DDE11 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, Touch screen PCAP. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C ,This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA150XW14DDE11 supports display 1024( RGB )×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 346.5(W)×275(H)×15.9(D) mm, with surface treament of Clear, net weight of TBD.
