The AA065VE11-DA2 (Alias: AA065VE11-DA-02) is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, Touch screen PCAP, Air Bonding. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C.This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 6.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen.AA065VE11-DA2 supports display 640( RGB )×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline size of 170.2(W)×132.6(H)×15.3(D) mm, viewing area size of 135.5(W)×102.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Hard coating (5H), net weight of 300g (Typ.).
