EJ070NA-01K Chimei Innolux 7.0 inch TFT-LCD

EJ070NA-01K is a 7.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. EJ070NA-01K supports display 800( RGB )×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 154.08(W)×85.92(H) mm, outline size of 164.9(W)×100(H)×3.65(D) mm, viewing area size of 156.7(W)×89.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 117g (Typ.). As a TN , Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, EJ070NA-01K can provides 400 cd/m² display Brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle , best view direction on 6 o'clock , and Response Time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. EJ070NA-01K utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
