G150XTN06.5 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from AUO , with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without Touch screen. This AUO TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Ver0.0 which was released out on 12 11 2015, G150XTN06.5 supports display 1024( RGB )×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×12(D) mm, viewing area size of 307.4(W)×231.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 1.25Kgs (Typ.). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 70K hours, With LED Driver. G150XTN06.5 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
