AA150XT01 (Alias: T-55534D150J-LW-A-AAN) is a 15.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 80°C.This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA150XT01 supports display 1024( RGB )×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326(W)×255(H)×17.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 308.1(W)×232.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.27Kgs (Typ.).
