ZJ070NA-01B Chimei Innolux 7.0 inch TFT-LCD

Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux) ZJ070NA-01B is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C .  This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. ZJ070NA-01B supports display 1024( RGB )×600 (WSVGA) with aspect ratio of 17:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 153.6(W)×90(H) mm, outline size of 165.75(W)×105.39(H)×3.6(D) mm, viewing area size of 156.4(W)×92.8(H) mm, net weight of 113g. As a TN , Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, ZJ070NA-01B can provides 350 cd/m² display Brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 75/75/70/75 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle , best view direction on 6 o'clock , and Response Time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted 3S8P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. ZJ070NA-01B utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/11.0/20.0/-6.8V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
