AT065TN14 Chimei Innolux 6.5 inch TFT-LCD

The AT065TN14 is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without Touch screen . It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 85°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 85°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 6.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. AT065TN14 supports display 800( RGB )×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 17:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 143.4(W)×76.704(H) mm, outline size of 155.2(W)×89.4(H)×5.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 146.2(W)×78.7(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 127g (Typ.). As a TN , Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT065TN14 can provides 400 cd/m² display Brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle , best view direction on 6 o'clock , and Response Time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S8P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT065TN14 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
