G065VN01 V221 (Alias: 97.06G01.221) is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from  AUO , with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without Touch screen.This AUO TFT-LCD is a 6.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. G065VN01 V221 supports display 640( RGB )×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline size of 153(W)×118(H)×11.2(D) mm, viewing area size of 135.9(W)×102.8(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), Antireflection, net weight of 170g (Typ.). As a AHVA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, G065VN01 V221 can provides 800 cd/m² display Brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 89/89/89/89 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and Response Time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 55% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 70K hours, With LED Driver. G065VN01 V221 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical Frame Rate (Fv) is 60Hz .
