AM-800256ATMQW-TA7H AMPIRE 6.3 inch TFT-LCD

The AM-800256ATMQW-TA7H is a 6.3 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Ampire Co., Ltd. (hereafter called AMPIRE), with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , Touch screen PCAP. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . This Ampire TFT-LCD is a 6.3 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AM-800256ATMQW-TA7H supports display 800( RGB )×256 with aspect ratio of >3:1 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×48.768(H) mm, outline size of 175(W)×76.5(H)×11.53(D) mm, viewing area size of 155.3(W)×51.69(H) mm. As a TN , Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AM-800256ATMQW-TA7H can provides 420 cd/m² display Brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/70/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) Viewing Angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and Response Time of 5/11 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 45% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S10P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 40K hours, With LED Driver. AM-800256ATMQW-TA7H utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). 

We are able to offer AD board for this display to support VGA video input.
